Strahinjića Bana Street - "Silicon Valley" - is the most popular café street in Belgrade. It is part of famous urban neighborhood Dorćol.
Most cafes are located between street numbers 50 and 80, but there are some at the beginning of the street. These cafes are among the fancies in the city, and nearly ninety percent of people here come to see and to be seen. It became favorite entertainment place of the emerging classes of Belgrade's nouveau riche and gold diggers, and the street has been sarcastically nicknamed "Silicon Valley".
During the day it looks like any Belgrade street, but in the night it shows its true face.
Prices are not that high, though, as one could expect.
