ON-STREET PARKING

On-street parking places in central Belgrade are in time-restricted zones, while parking in areas with lower demand is not time-restricted.

Parking charges in zones apply Monday to Friday, 07.00 till 21.00; Saturday 07.00. till 14.00. Parking on Sunday is free. On-street parking in zones with time restrictions is divided into four hourly zones, limited to a maximum stay (half an hour, one hour, two hour and three hour):

Extended parking time can be paid within 5 minutes before the time limit of the zone expires, in accordance with the special parking tariff system. After the parking time expires, the vehicle cannot be parked in the same zone in the next 30 minutes

A zone without a time limit (so called blue zone) enables parking to be paid for as long as needed. It can be paid  per hour or with multi-hour parking ticket. Parking charges Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 21.00 and on Saturdays from 08.00 to 14.00. After 5 PM, Monday to Friday, there is no charge for parking at Novi Beograd.

FOR ALL ZONES

e-Daily parking ticket is 1870.00 dinars.
Daily Ticket discount of 50% is granted if the ticket is paid within the period of eight days 935.00.
It can be paid via payment slip at the post/bank, at the Company’s Cashier Office or online. 
e-Daily parking ticket (eDPT) is issued to users who haven’t paid for the parking service in advance (parking ticket not paid) and also to users who have expired limited (extended) parking time.
eDPT is valid from the moment of issuance until the same time on the first following day when parking charges are applied and only in the zone where it was issued.


HOW TO PAY?

PAYMENT VIA SMS – Text message is sent to one of the following short numbers:

  9114 – for 30 minutes of parking in purple zone 
  9111 – for an hour of parking (half an hour of extended parking) in zone 1 – red zone
  9112 – for an hour of parking in zone 2 - yellow zone
  9113 – for an hour of parking in zone 3 – green zone
  9119 – for an hour of parking in zone with no time limits – blue zone
      9118 – for a daily parking in some parking lots, according to vertical traffic signs – blue zone

Method of payment

Text should contain only licence plate no. (no space between the numbers or letters). Users whose mobile phone does not obtain the letters with dialectic signs should set the UTF8 or UNICODE, depending on phone platform, if their registration plates require this.

It is possible to send two or three text messages at once, if it is within the time limits of the particular zone. When texting to prolong parking ticket, any sender can, instead of the typing the whole registration plate, simply reply to the previously received SMS with the asterisk (*).

Extended parking time can be paid within 5 minutes before the time limit of the zone expires, after receiving information about the expiration of the maximum allowed parking time.

PAYMENT VIA PARKING APP – In zoned areas, the App automatically recognizes the zone in which vehicle is parked and suggests the various kinds of payment methods – via SMS, payment card, or through in-App Deposit.

PAYMENT BY e-PARKING TICKET – buying hourly e-Parking ticket at shopping facilities networks and at parking controller.
