1. How do I get the keys of the apartment?
On arrival at the apartment in Belgrade, a member of My Apartment Belgrade will welcome you, give you the keys of the apartment and show you the apartment.
2. Do I have to pay a deposit for my booking?
Reservation deposit is required for stay 7+ days.
The guest must prepay 30% of the total reservation, in cash or directly on our bank account.
The remaining 70% is payable on arrival day, in cash.
If you want to cancel your booking, your deposit will not be refunded.
3. When do I pay?
Total amount of rental is payable on arrival day, in cash only.
4. How can I make a reservation?
The reservation should be made either by phone +381 64 9811124, via e-mail, or by filling out reservation form.
Your reservation is only valid after receiving our confirmation by e-mail or phone.
5. What is included in the cost?
Our rates include the apartment and utilities (heat, hot water, electricity).
Each apartment comes standard with a complete furnishing package, cookware, dishes, utensils and linens. High speed Internet access is typically included in the nightly rate.
6. Are towels and sheets supplied in the apartment?
Bed linen and towel are included. Change every seven days.
7. Do parties allowed in apartment?
No parties allowed in apartment.
Our apartments are situated in residential buildings.
Guests are not allowed to make loud noise or disturb their neighbors in any way, especially between 2pm and 5pm, as well as between 10pm and 9am.
8. Is there internet connection in the apartment?
Yes, all apartments feature FREE WiFi internet connection.
